The Kick-off meeting (TPM1) was organized 9-10th December 2021 in Brno.
This Project Meeting provided an opportunity for the consortium members to get to know each other better and coordinate key details and discuss critical milestones. The main aim was the distribution of the work to be fine-tuned and finalized, communication methods, and internal deadlines. In addition, the indicators were discussed and defined as well. Furthermore, during the first discussion, the Team defined the objectives of PR1 and PR2 in a detailed way.
