General description

Talent, like all other phenomena, requires to be managed. Many programs are designed to manage manpower talents in business and service sectors, but not a clear program exists for managing students’ talents in schools. It is not an overstatement that the most valuable “natural treasure” is human talent. Schools on both sides of the border don’t have any unified talent development methodologies, the basis of handling the talented children needs should be developed both in content and in equipment. According to the latest researches a successful talent management program must be complex, with high emphasis on the development of the gifted children’s personality. This concept is currently missing from the existing programs and practices.

The aim of the project is to elaborate joint talent management and personality development program and promote flexible learning pathways including career guidance.

This project has been implemented with the financial assistance of the European Union within the Hungary-Croatia Interreg V-A Co-operation Programme.
