The IMPACT project aims to strengthen cooperation between the V4 countries through joint workshops and training activities to improve project management skills, overcome language barriers, and create a network for the exchange of knowledge and experience. These activities will result in several European projects, increase the internationalization of universities, and develop the competencies of non-academic staff.
•    Developing competencies in preparing proposals for international programs and managing projects.
•  Developing networks between the Visegrad Group (V4) countries and strengthening cooperation between university administrative units.
•  Exchanging knowledge and experience between academic and administrative staff involved in preparing applications and managing and accounting for international projects.
