The prevalence of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) rises with age, placing a significant burden on public health. As the population ages, an increase in co- and multimorbidity is anticipated, making prevention a key scientific priority at the European level.

The objective of this project is to provide and test samples of Schreiber's bats from multiple countries in Southern-Eastern Europe.

ISIDORe is funded by the European Union under Horizon Europe (Grant #101046133).

To create a curriculum that builds on the professional content of the CONSCIOUS curricula and provides a deeper professional knowledge for PhD students in medical education.

The demand for biomedical data scientists within and outside Europe is projected to grow 34% from 2014 to 2024, with bioinformaticians and biostatisticians as two of the highly demanded professions. This implies the need for proper education.

In addition to its portfolio of multinational clinical trials, ECRIN contributes to various infrastructure development projects.
