The Implementation Strategy for Horizon Europe is available

As a result of the European consultation, in which domestic stakeholders were able to comment, the European Commission set out its specific measures for implementing the program and their timetable. The strategy will form the basis of the calls for proposals for the next period 2021-2027 and will provide the framework for carefully designed rules and efficient processes, across the entire programme and project life cycle, allowing the programme to deliver its impacts in a way that is as efficient and user-friendly as possible. It does this by focusing on the following 4 priorities:

a) Maximizing impacts

b) Transparency and simplification

c) Fostering synergies with other EU grants

d) Easing access through digital solutions
