DRIVEN project multiplier event

(13 - 14 of April 2023)

The multiplier event of the DRIVEN project was held on 13 - 14 of April 2023. On the first day of the event the following colleagues of the UoP Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering held presentations on the new modules and innovative learning materials developed within the framework of the DRIVEN project at the Expo Center in Pécs:

1.           Dual training at the intersection of sustainability and automotive industry (IO1, IO4)

6.           Why can car wheels loosen and fly? (IO3)

which ended with half an hour of questions and answers.

On the second day of the event (14 April, 2023) a roundtable discussion was held at the Expo Center in Pécs with the participation of university and industry experts, related to the new modules and innovative learning materials developed within the framework of the DRIVEN project. The main topics of the roundtable were:

•             What makes a manufacturing company sustainable? (IO4)

•             Is the automotive industry circular? (IO4)

•             Improving the environmental sustainability of the learning process in dual education. (IO1)

The panel members were:

•             Tibor Pataki, Head of Factory Level Test Engineering - Harman Becker Kft.

•             János Pávics institutional contact person - Körber Hungaria Machine Manufacturing Ltd.

Around 50 industry players and a dozen of academics and students participated in the project event.
