Zsófi graduated from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Pécs with an MSc degree in Regional Economics of the EU and Hungary. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in public administration, the financial sector, and project management. Since 2017, she has been working as a project manager at the University of Pécs, where she has been involved in the preparation and comprehensive management of projects funded by national and European Union sources. In 2025, she joined the International Grants and Project Management Department, where she has since been managing international projects.

She places strong emphasis on professional development, which she continuously supports through further training, particularly in the fields of economic mediation, coaching, and organizational development. She is currently a BA student in Psychology at the University of Pécs, further strengthening her people-centered and collaborative professional approach.
