Krisztina graduated from the University of Pécs in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Through the joint double-degree program with Middlesex University (UK), she also earned a British Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Management. 
While studying at the University of Pécs between 2010 and 2015, she worked part-time at the university. Since obtaining her degree, she has been working in the field of grants. She joined the Directorate of Grants’ International Projects Office at the University of Pécs in 2015, initially as a project assistant in international projects. Since 2017, she has been managing international projects.
